No pictures of this session for some reason, but I dont need them to remember as it was a vry memorable session. Teacher Sean reuired my services to give him an overview of the basics of fishing with artificials, with the table in mind. In this society which is more and more yearning for self sufficiency, and to not be held to the monopoly of the supermarkets, the sea offers a very viable alternative, especially with such healthy foods such as mackerel relatively abundant on our coasts.
With this in mind, we headed out to Seaford beach, where Sean suckd in the information given like a sponge. He hadnt touched a rod since childhood, but within four casts he was clearing seventy yards comfortably. Time to introduce feathers. Four casts later, and Sean was stringing mackerel. Some further time spent with the Dexter wedge, and the all too brief session was over, with Sean returning home not only with his lunch in the cool box, but with the knowledge of how to put lunch in his cool box anytime he has the inclination. An excellent session with an excellent result.
